Who Are We
AD Property is a rental business based in Heswall, Wirral, offering flexible office workspace solutions. As part of The AD Collective, we are situated alongside other businesses, including Architects-Direct and The Art and Design Hub. All the businesses within The AD Collective are housed in the same building, with AD Property providing a range of rooms available for rent.

The AD Collective is owned by Nick Belderbos, a Chartered Architect, who runs his architectural practice downstairs while fostering a community environment for local entrepreneurs and businesses located in the same building. It’s rental spaces designed to encourage businesses while creating community.
We offer a variety of spaces for rent, including office rooms, art studios, meeting rooms, and spaces for art classes, all designed to create community within our building.
